Standard Shipping Costs:

We provide free shipping to all standard orders over $400.00 USD.

Shipping rates depend on the destination and are listed below in USD.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday and all purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping within the USA and Canada

For shipping within the USA and Canada, we use Federal Express ground service. Once your order has been received a tracking number will be sent to the email address. Your order can then be tracked at www.fedex.com. Our standard deliveries usually arrive within 2-6 business days of shipment, depending on your location.

 

Shipping to the UK, Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East and the Caribbean

For shipping outside of the USA, we use Federal Express International Economy. Once your order has been received a tracking number will be sent to the email address. Your order can then be tracked at www.fedex.com. Deliveries will usually arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.

All international deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

  

For Overnight Delivery within the United States

For deliveries in the USA, our online store offers an expedited, overnight delivery service available upon request.

In order to use this service, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediately after finishing your purchase at the online store, send us an email to wecare@cali-dreaming.com and include your order number requesting Expedited Overnight delivery.
  2. Provide an address where your order can be signed for. If you do not provide an attended address your package will not be left and your order will not be delivered which may result in a redirection fee.

*Please note that Federal Express Overnight Delivery is only available on orders and email requests received before 3pm (PST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An additional fee (on top of existing shipping charges) of $25.00 USD will apply.

To check the status of your order:

  1. Go to fedex.com
  2. Enter your tracking number in the field listed “Track a Shipment”

Currency, Taxes & Customs Duties

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on our USA online store site are in USD (American Dollars).

Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your parcel reaches your country. The purchaser is responsible to pay for all custom’s duties on your purchase. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Item Availability

Items may be sold out at the time of purchase due to daily inventory fluctuations. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a full refund or replacement at your request.

  

If You Wish to Change Your Order:

Once your order has been placed, we are not able to make changes or cancel your order, however, our usual returns process is available.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at wecare@cali-dreaming.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, CALi DREAMiNG accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is correct.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Cali Dreaming reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
