Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

 

Standard Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on the destination and are listed below in USD.

Domestic

  • USA - $10.00 (2-Day Express). Flat rate on all orders independent of weight.

International

Depends on destination, weight and shipment method. All international orders are shipped via DHL and at checkout you have the option between ground and express. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, all our international shipments are " Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) which means that we assume all responsibility for transporting the goods until they reach you, including covering all import charges and local taxes.

Approximate shipping costs for a 1 lb/450 gram package (ground/express):

Canada (CAD): $20/$34

United Kingdom (GBP): £20.00/£35.00

European Union - Central (EUR): €18/€30

Sweden/Scandinavia (SEK): Kr 250/Kr 400

 

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

USA - We offer Fedex Express shipping within the United States.  You will receive your order within 2 business days of shipping (after processing time). We do not offer weekend or holiday deliveries.

FedEx Express typically delivers to LA and surrounding areas within 1 business day.

For international orders, delivery times varies by location.

 

What does processing my order mean?

The 2-4 day processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to push your order through the warehouse system; this includes being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Shipping time does not include processing time.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

 

Lost / Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at wecare@cali-dreaming.com.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

 

Shipping within the USA and Canada

Once your order has been received a tracking number will be sent to the email address. Your order can then be tracked at www.fedex.com

 

Shipping to the UK, Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East and the Caribbean

For shipping outside of the USA, we use FedEx International Economy. Once your order has been received a tracking number will be sent to the email address. Your order can then be tracked at www.fedex.com

All international deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Currency, Taxes & Customs Duties

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on our USA online store site are in USD (American Dollars).

Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied at checkout. All international orders are handled by DHL.

Item Availability

Items may be sold out at the time of purchase due to daily inventory fluctuations. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a full refund or replacement at your request.

 

Incorrect/Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at wecare@cali-dreaming.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense.

 Note: Cali-Dreaming.com does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

  

If You Wish to Change Your Order:

Once your order has been placed, we are not able to make changes or cancel your order, however, our usual returns process is available.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at wecare@cali-dreaming.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, CALi DREAMiNG accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is correct.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Cali Dreaming reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
