We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn't work out, we allow free returns on unworn merchandise. We allow 30 days from the date you placed your order to return your merchandise.

Returns within the USA
Step 1- Enter your order number. Follow the prompts to begin the return process and get your return label. Upon completion, you will receive an email with a return label and packing slip.
Step 2 –Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the packing slip.
Step 3 – Attach your shipping label and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
Step 4- We will send you an email once the return has been received and processed.
When returning goods, please note:
- Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered in any way or washed.
- All tags must remain in place. If returning swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or if the product shows any signs of wear.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.
We do not refund the original shipping cost. All returns within the U.S. are charged a fixed $10 shipping fee for the return shipment.
Please email us at email@example.com to start the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us.
Please note that import charges/duties, sales tax/VAT and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
Once your returned items have been received and passed a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed after we receive your return. You will receive notifications of the status of your return via email.
