We hope you love your purchase.  However, if it doesn't work out, we allow exchanges or returns on unworn merchandise.  Please submit your request to return within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Requests received outside of this period will not be accepted.

When returning goods, please note:

  • Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered in any way or washed.
  • All tags must remain in place. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or if the product shows any signs of wear.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.

We can only exchange items for a different size of the original style. We regret that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your purchase for a refund within 7 days of receiving it and place a new order for any new product. 

Once your returned items have been received and passed a quality check, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase.

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your return via email.


Follow these instructions:


  1. Email us at to receive a return approval, please provide us with 1) your original order number and 2) your reason for returning the merchandise.   If you don't receive a response, please check your JUNK folder as many times our responses end up there.
  1. When returning goods, please include the garment(s) and its original packaging. Along with the items please include your order number in the box.
  1. We do not cover the cost of returns. Additionally, we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items for exchange will be re-sent to you at our own cost. 
  1. Please note that return requests received outside of the specified period will not be accepted (7 days after delivery of your order).
